Mr. Anthony Chica

Vice President – Audit Programs

Anthony Chica, Vice President of Audit Programs, joined mba in 2018.  In his role as Director of Audit Programs Mr. Chica is responsible for the Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the IOSA Program.

Mr. Chica has over 36 years in aviation and began his career with Monarch Airlines in Miami as an Aircraft Technician. Mr. Chica successfully progressed his career by becoming A Flight Engineer on CV880, DC8, and B707 B727 Aircraft for various Airlines. Mr. Chica was promoted to Chief Flight Engineer with Seagreen Air Transport in charge of training of all Flight Engineers. Mr. Chica then moved to South Africa and joined Interair where he held several positions from Flight Safety Officer to Director of Flight Operations. Mr. Chica was in Charge of the IOSA program for Interair.

Mr. Chica holds a FAA Airframe & Powerplant, FAA Flight Engineer and Private pilot license and is a certified ISO 9001 Auditor.
