Patrick J. Daley
Senior Associate/IOSA Lead Auditor

Mr. Patrick Daley has been with Morten Beyer & Agnew (mba) since 2003. He is a Senior Associate and Lead Auditor for the firm, and serves as the quality control officer for mba’s certified IATA Operational Safety Audit program. Mr. Daley has specialized in technical analysis of air carrier operations. His specific achievements include recommending and developing control systems and strategies, eliminating unnecessary procedures, tailoring processes, evaluating management personnel, and increasing overall airline efficiency.

Prior to joining mba Mr. Daley served as Director of Flight Safety for Tower Air where he developed and directed international audit programs.

Mr. Daley served as a rated officer in the US Air Force as commander and instructor pilot. During his carrier in the USAF he led inspection teams of commercial airlines and served as an evaluator pilot.
